Manage Cookies modal blank

    Hi,

    I’ve inherited managing a site and have noticed that the cookies plugin does not seem to be working.

    When clicking on “Manage Cookies” in the popup, I get a full screen modal but it is blank, all white space.

    I’ve tried having a look through console errors but I can’t seem to find anything that would be relevant to the moove plugin. But, unsure if other plugins or the custom theme may be clashing.

    This was checked in both Chrome and MS Edge, latest versions

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    The plugin seems to be heavily customised.

    To investigate, we recommend removing the custom modifications first to check that the default layout works as expected.

    This is how custom modifications work:
    You can also create your own custom front-end layout.
    Simply copy the “gdpr-modules” folder from the plugin directory to your theme directory.
    If you do this, your changes will be retained even if you update the plugin in future.
    Any customisation should be implemented by experienced developers only.

    Appreciate you looking at it.

    Appears with all the custom css modifications removed I wasn’t able to get it to display due to the main theme overriding a lot of things.

    I shall relay that this would need looking at by a developer rather than being handled in house.
