    I bought the premium version to get access to the malware scanner. I have to say it is very dissapointing.

    1. It was advertised as running daily. This turned out to be not true. After mailing several times with support I found out it actually runs weekly. Now they have finally communicated this with customers. However, it does not run consistently weekly either. Even if it would work weekly. A weekly malware scan? Lets just give hackers a week of time to mess with your site?
    2. Even larger concern I have is that I fail to see how the external scanning software would actually detect malware. How can the external scanner tool detect trojans and spyware (As they advertise it can detect) on my installation. I have asked this to customer support but did not get a satisfying response.
