Malware: Redirect Loop (3 posts)

I am unable to access our company website due to a malware that seems to be causing a redirect loop. Opening the site on any browser from any device results in the following:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
(The same happens in Chrome and Safari)

Webmasters shows no security issues but when I search site:onigilly.com, it is very clear that there is abundant malware. Securi also shows malware all over.

I am, however, unable to even log in to my wordpress account, as the wordpress log in page (http://onigilly.com/wordpress...) also results in a redirect loop.

Is there a way to contact someone at wordpress directly? (I've been trying to find a way but have come up empty. Is there no direct support line??)

And are there options beyond paying $90 to Securi to clean the site?

    Thank you!! Help!

These free, volunteer forums are the only support offered, sorry. And no one here has access to your site anyway. You'll need to use FTP or Cpanel through your hosting company to get access if you can't login. Have you seen and started going through these resources?

Thank you, looks like Securi is going to be the best option for us for now.
