Malware problem

Hi All

I recently had my site hacked and found malware on it.

I removed the malware, got clean healthchecks on Google Webmaster and stopbadware, but the moment I try to reactivate any of the plugins on my frontpage which have javascript in them, Mcafee gives a malware warning as I load the site.

It does not matter ifit was previously installed plugins or new plugins, the problem occurs with both. When I checked site code locally after downloading the entire site when the malware was first detected, mcafee removed a couple of problem files. teh hosting couple cleared and reloaded the hosting directory and all control files.

\Anyone know what the trouble could be and how it can be fixed?
