 * I don’t understand why people publish plugins that don’t work. You create a plugin
specifically to have a “request a quote” button, and then the plugin fails at
this one task. WordPress should remove failures like this from their page entirely,
so that there is space for actual developers to publish their solutions, instead
we have library of nonworking malware like Elex. Save yourself some time and
nerves – write your own solution using woo apis.
 * I had the issue of Request a quote button not existing, but adding product meta
widget to product page caused the button to show up – after last update, Elex
developers have managed to ruin this and now we are back to square one – no button.
Now they made sure it’s not fixable, as nothing works to make the button appear
   anymore. Well done!
In addition, when you want to translate parts of the plugin
that show to the user, you search the plugin files for strings to translate and
some of them are there and some are not. It results in having a plugin that’s
half english half your website language and is unusable.
 * Please avoid this malware, as I spent several days trying to set this thing up
using all resources just for them to push an update that’s aimed to make sure
it doesn’t work in any capacity.

 * Hello @botchco,
 * We appreciate you sharing your challenges with our plugin. We understand the
importance of addressing issues, particularly when they impact crucial functionalities
like the “request a quote” button. While we are continually improving our products
with dedicated effort and time from our product team, it’s worth noting that
the button issue is non-reproducible and may occur with custom-made templates
   from builder plugins.
 * Please find the working figure of the button from our local site: [https://prnt.sc/ACC0BEpL1dXP](https://prnt.sc/ACC0BEpL1dXP)
 * If you can, reach out to our [support  team](https://support.elextensions.com/)
they are ready to assist and provide clarity on the matters you’ve highlighted
by logging into your staging site.
 * Thank you for your understanding and patience as we strive for an improved user
   experience.
