# Malware Link On Website – Help

 * Occasionally, not always, when I visit my site (others have reported this too),
   a link appears at the top for either porn or cialis or something of the sort.
 * the text reads: cialis täglichen Gebrauch Nebenwirkungen
    the link is: [removed]
   screenshot (see poorly circled in blue area): [http://i.imgur.com/X48Rx99.jpg](http://i.imgur.com/X48Rx99.jpg)
 * I have no clue how this got there and how to remove it, any help is appreciated!
