 * I am receiving the following message when my site loads or I try to login to 
   the admin?

 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘config.php’ (include_path
   =’.:/opt/php71/lib/php’) in /home3/wadyca0acka4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/
   index/index.php on line 10
    The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

   a problem due to malware. It’s trying to force your website to load **/home3/
   wadyca0acka4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/index/index.php** but it doesn’t 
   seem to exist or be accessible anymore, so it throws that error.
 * I would recommend checking out WordPress security plugins like Sucuri or Wordfence
   to assist in cleaning up the malware. You might also want to ask your web host.
