Mal/Iframe-V in RSS feed

When I downloaded the RSS feed from our site the antivirus program detected the Mal/Iframe-V virus.

Although easily removed from my computer, how do I remove it from the website as the virus checker on the site has not found any problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have contacted the sever company and they are looking into it but just in case they cannot help can anybody else.
