I’m a WordCamp organize, Rio de Janeiro edition.

In camptix, we have ‘pagseguro’ as a payment gateway, and in brazil we have a payment method called ‘boleto bancário’ (bank slip), and the Brazilian banks take up to 48 hours to validate payments this way.

However, when we get into Tools> Revenue, the Pending payments are counted as already paid, but Brazilian users may print your bank slip and dont make payment. Thus, the calculation of value acquired done in Tools> Revenue ends up not being effective for use here.

The ideal is to review the PagSeguro API and ensure that only confirmed payments are beeing included in this calculation.

It sounds like the CampTix PagSeguro plugin is setting Attendees as published before the payment is complete, instead of making them Pending, is that correct?

That plugin is maintained independently of CampTix; could you contact its developers about this and see what they say?

    Dunn,

the count on Tickets > attendees is ok, but in Tools > Revenue, the count sums Published + Pending here.

Ah, you’re right, it is included pending attendees; I thought it was only included published ones.

I’ll look into why we included those to begin with, and any potential ramifications of switching it to only include published attendees.

This is fixed now; the Revenue report will only count published attendees.
