    HI,

    I’m unable to connect the child theme to sites using Malcare Pro. However, I’m able to connect to the Malcare Free version.

    Are there any known issues? I’ve contacted their support and they’ve asked me to contact yourselves regarding blocked IPs etc. – even though I’ve explained it’s self-hosted.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
