Hi there,
ParcelPanel support team here, thanks for your feedback.
Our tech team just checked this issue, here are the details.
This issue is because you installed a security app on your website, which will prevent your website from connecting with third-party apps like ParcelPanel, a screenshot was attached: https://monosnap.com/file/BpK6qFfyxyfZdQhWpb2bm7CgbnUNGD
So every time you log into your WordPress admin and visit some pages, ParcelPanel will try to connect your website, this is why you see that your website is slower than before, you can deactivate ParcelPanel temporarily, so your website speed will be recovered.
If I may ask, which security app you are using? So our tech team can check it for you.

Hi,
Thanks for your patience.
Our tech team checked and did some tests about the plugin you mentioned, but haven’t encountered the problem you met.
If I may ask, can you install other plugins? The problem only occurs when you install ParcelPanel?
And, do you also used some plugins about rest api authentication?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks Team,
Yes, we are able to install other plugins and rest of the website is working all fine. In fact this is how we installed your plugin as well however then the problem started.
Hi,
Thanks for your update.
Do you also use some plugins about rest api authentication?
Yes, we have 2-3 plugins using rest api, they are working fine (example, Shiprocket)
Sure, our tech team will check it later.

Hi There,
Thank you very much for promptly fixing the issue, I can confirm the plugin is working as expected however 1 small challenge.
It looks like plugin does not permit 1 tracking no for more than 1 order which is wrong as multiple orders from 1 customer are often clubbed together and shipped under single tracking no. for customer convenience.
Is it possible to remove this restriction?
Also, is there a way the order tracking option could be embedded in customer’s account > orders page as well?
Hi,
Thanks for your update.
For question 1 about “1 tracking no for more than 1 order”, ParcelPanel doesn’t support this temporarily, cause the tracking link URL is formed by the tracking number, just like this: yourstorename.com/parcel-panel/?nums=[tracking_number].
If one tracking number was added to several orders, the tracking link cant locate a specific order.
According to our experience, sometimes there are several shipments within one order, so ParcelPanel allows to add several tracking number to an order.
For question 2, ParcelPanel supports this.
Navigate to ParcelPanel admin → Settings → Account page tracking → enable this feature by your needs.
Regards
Hi Team,
It looks like your plugin is still breaking my site. I have installed the plugin on my test site, while setup worked fine, the site stopped responding as soon as I went for “courier” selection and now my website is not loading at all.
The site URL is testing.durvient.com which was due to be pushed to production but looks like going to be delayed now.
