# Making theme widget friendly

 * Hi
    I’m quite new to wordpress, but this that I’m starting to pick up a few bits
   and pieces. I’ve finally found a theme that I like, and I’ve just started playing
   around with it. But, just my luck, it doesn’t seem to be sidebar widget friendly(
   at least as far as I can tell).Here the theme I’m talking about: [http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/2-columns/792/pulp-10/](http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/2-columns/792/pulp-10/)
 * What edits do I need to make to get this thing to run the sidebar widgets??? 
   Appreciate any help I get at this point.

 * If you cannot understand what is there – then you should contact the theme author.
   There is no other way: you either can do it for yourself or you ask somebody 
   to do it for you.

 * The only way to learn it: to follow the instructions at the link above. Everybody
   learnt it from there. Open the sidebar.php of your theme and edit it until it
   works…

 * If you download the theme again you’ll see that I’ve updated it and now supports
   sidebar widget.
