Support » Plugin: Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce » Making the postcode a required field doesn’t work

    Hi there,

    I need to set my postcode field as required because I have free shipping for certain postcodes only. So if a user has a free shipping covered postcode but does not fill it out, it will be charged for it.

    I’m settting it as required from the editor but still see it as optional.

    What can I do?

    The required property will change according to the country selected.

    You can use the below hook in your child theme’s functions.php to make the postcode field required for all the countries.

    add_filter('thwcfd_address_field_override_required','__return_true');

    We hope this will help 🙂

    Thank you!
