To my knowledge, related posts (or jobs) aren’t possible in WordPress itself without a plugin (or custom code); that is, it’s not built-in functionality. This is because related posts typically require some sort of indexing so that page X knows that pages A B C are related to it (in some defined way).
Jobs are custom post types, so any plugin (or code) for related posts should be able to pull them in as well.
Sorry I can’t offer more help here, but perhaps a community member has additional insight they can offer.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide code for this functionality as we’re unable to assist with custom code. You will likely need to hire a developer to build out this functionality for you. Alternatively, you could look into a “related posts” plugin.
I’ll leave the thread open for a while in case a community member has a suggestion on how to do this.
