Making Plugin Appear

    Dear Team,

    I installed the Cherry Team Member plugin a few months ago and have since been trying to configure it so that it appears as shown in your description.

    I have followed your instructions as best as possible, but all that appears on my site is a basic layout with thumbnails.

    Please advise so that I can finally enjoy this unique plugin.
