Making new user activation single click by prepopulating form

    Hi when a new user clicks the activation link in their welcome email, is there some way that the registration form they’re taken to in my site can already be prepopulated with their username and password so they don’t have to copy it out of the email and into the form?

    Hope that makes sense 🙂

    That would be possible, but grossly insecure as you would need to pass login credentials as parameters attached to the URL you are giving them.
