Making more space between top link and secondary menu

Hello,
I would like to make some extra space between the top link on my website and the secondary menu.
In the top left there is the text:
Brandon Keith Biggs’ Official Website
and right below there is the secondary menu.
How can I add just a little more space between the two? I have no idea what that top link is, I’ve never been able to make it before without using a link…
