Making links in my post clickable without having to actually click in the poast

Hello good day,
How do I make links clickable from the actual homepage, without having to actually click on each link to make it clickable.
ie on http://www.cybrcast.com the link are not clickable until you click on the post
ie on http://www.cybrcast.com/cybrcast-006-come-on-innovate-a-little/ here the links are clickable.Any advice would be greatly appreciated
