Making course live – selling and registration

I am working on building a course but I do not see the instructions on your main page for how to make the course live on my site and how potential students register/pay.

Do I create a “course” page and then add the promo text and then is there short code that I embed on the page that creates a “register” button that prompts potential students to register and pay for the course? Is there a registration form they complete that we can customize so we can get some background information on the students?
