Making active site a pasive site

  • Hi

    I have an active site: http://foghsorensen.beotl.web.surftown.dk/ that no longer needs to be active.

    Is there any way to turn it into plain HTML?
    I want to be able to browse it. But no longer to add to it or comment it.

    Basically I want to keep the design and clickability. But freeing up the database behind the site.

    @samboll

    The database is where all the info is stored.
    You can still use that db for other applications – just use a differing table prefix than what you have for WP (default is wp_).

    Hi

    Yes I know that. I’ve been tought that previously. 🙂

    What I want is to convert the site to code that does not use a database, because the site then can moved freely.

    I know it probably dosn’t make much sense but still…..
