# Making acceptance legally binding

 * There was a previous thread on this. The question is whether the acceptance action
   can be made legally binding by proving the client is the one who entered their
   name and accepted the proposal. The developer indicated that legal counsel should
   be sought. Generally, I agree with that response.
 * There are, however, other online proposal solutions such as Pandadocs that have
   a built-in process for attestation that is legally binding. It would be great
   to see this same capability in an upcoming release or paid pro version.
