# Making A Scrolling Sidebar

 * I am using the Twenty Eleven theme and would like to make the sidebar on the 
   right scroll as the user scrolls down the page. What code should I change?

 * Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress 3.2 theme and
   having access to an **unedited** version of the theme is vital when dealing with
   a range of site issues. [Create a child theme for your changes](http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes).

 * I am using a child theme, but it is based around the Twenty Eleven theme so the
   code change would be the same.
