Making a post title a link that uses the post's permalink

I just upgraded to WP 3.0 and I’m 99.999% sure my post titles use to be links of the permalink. Now they are plain text.

How can I go about changing it back to it using the permalink as the link in the title? I’d also like it to open that link in a new window if at all possible.

The reason I need this is I have several blogs and I want one central personal blog that combines them all. What I have done is used the FeedWordPress plugin to pull all my posts from my other blogs via their rss feeds and create new posts with that info into my central site. It also makes the permalink link back to the original site and original post. Problem is you can’t just click on the post title to get there any more.
