Making a page hidden

I have had a couple of instances recently where I need to create a page of pictures or temporary text. I need this information to be publically available, but also need to keep it out of my navigation menus and such. Is it possible to create a page, keep it out of any menus or anything? Having the URL contain my domain name is fine, I just basically want a page that doesn’t have to be a part of the navigation, even if I have to send the link to the page.
