[resolved] Making a column a header (4 posts)

    Hi,

I know there's an option to make a table's header the first row of the table, but is it possible to make the first column the header instead? Perhaps through CSS?

    Thanks very much!

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Yes, that is possible with an extra parameter for the Shortcode:

    [table id=123 first_column_th=true /]

You will however not be able to use the JS functions with this, and you might have to add some styling yourself.
Another solution would be to use the Responsive Tables Extension from http://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/ which can flip the table to the side.

    Regards,
    Tobias
