This appears to be a support question not sure how this is a review. Sorry you are having troubles and I can clear this up. If you don’t add a token the feed will still work. But if you add a token you are less likely to get errors about your feed being down. Did you try it out before taking the time to write a bad review based on that one thing?

Hello, thanks for the quick reply. It is still a comment and no support request, because then the text should be “Please consider adding a …” and not “Please add a” which implies it is obligatory and confuses users. And I did try it out, but it was not working as assumed as it only showed group posts, but not the group header and name itself.
We have spent the last 3 years and thousands of hours creating a free tool for you to use and the only thing you can complain about is the wording about an instruction? How about saying hey great plugin thanks for taking the time to create it, can you help with something that is confusing? As you can see we are very quick to help.
@mod When are we going to make it so people must ask for support before leaving a review? I see too many people are quick to spend time creating a new users and writing a bad review instead of requesting support which could then benefit everyone if something is unclear and needs to be fixed? This would only help the wordpress community as a whole.

The reviews section is only here to provide feedback for plugins (or themes). The user provided feedback, just not in the right section.
@stillanotherwordpressuser were you looking for support or did you mean to leave a 1 star review?
@stillanotherwordpressuser thanks for pointing out the header and description was not showing when you tried the group feed. That will be fixed asap and we’ll be pushing a new version.
