    I tried using the built in import in WordPress and it functions ok if you have simple products with no variants, if you do it is a nightmare. I have a lot of products in my store, and this app worked great. Everything came through, including the images. The only issue I experienced is maybe 5 products were created as simple products when they had variants. But, changing the product type fixed it, and the variant info was there properly migrated. This app saved me many hours of frustration and I highly recommend it.
