I apologize for not responding to your ticket, you have a right to be annoyed. We are always trying to improve our support and we hope this won’t repeat it self.
Sorry for jumping in on this one.
@atomicnicholas I believe the issue is somewhere in your setup. Many of us are running the plugin without any bigger issues or errors. It’s not the plugin that causes your error. It could be a server related issue, PHP version, available server resources, plugin conflict, theme conflict …
Try to do a completely fresh WordPress install only with free Elementor and free ACF Frontend. If you then still get the same 500 error, look for issues on your server.
@shabti unfortunately I have to agree with @atomicnicholas on the support.
You’ve created a really good plugin and hats down to you for that, but the plugin is pretty complex and you can expect people running into issues. And if you don’t provide a decent support, it makes the plugin quite useless.
I needed support on a couple of occasions and I have your Pro version. Your answer arrives, eventually, but it takes a while and it gets frustrating. I understand that you’ve got your hands full with everything and you’re doing a really good job, no doubt about that. But you have to understand that we all run some kind of business, or a project and once we start using your plugin, our business will start relying on you and your work.
And if my website or project can’t run, because there’s an issue related to the plugin and the author is just not responding, or responds once in 48 hours, then I hope you can understand that it gets really frustrating.
