 * use this css code:
 *     ```
       .lf-3a .main-content .main-content-area,
       .lf-3b .main-content .main-content-area {
       	background: rgba(256, 256, 256, 0.7);
       }
       ```
   
 * you can change the opacity value 0.7, 0.6, 0.5
