make url custom fields open in new tabs

    Hi,

    Great plugin. This is the third site that I am using it for 🙂

    I am using the custom fields for the first time – was just using the usual wp ones before. Nice!

    How do I make them open in a new tab, please? Hope I’m not missing the obvious…I’m working late again!
