Make unnecessarily Top-Level menus into Sub-Level in Admin Menu

    Howdy wordpressers!

    I have been getting frustrated lately by how cluttered my admin dashboard is because so many plugins that I use feel that they need a Top-Level entry in my admin bar. At this point they have become so plentiful that I often have to scroll to get to my important ones.

    Is there a way to make these top-level menus a sub-level menu in my settings or tools menu? Or even better, a plugin that will do this?

    Thoughts?
