Make the visitors browser clear its own cashe

    Not sure where to post or how to explain. If I change my site, I want to make sure that the user sees my new site or material. So can I make my wordpress website clear that users browser to ensure that they see only new material?

    Someone did go to my new site and the old one showed up from a few weeks ago. She cleared her chrome browser and could then see my new site. But how can I make my website do this automatically for her or anybody else?
