make the template good for all devices

    Hi, how can I modify the css in order to make the site good to see with all the resolutions? I mean, if i see the site with a pc it’s good, but when i open it with a smartphone the layout is bad and the right column goes down, the same thing happen if i reduce the browser window in pc.
