 * How can I make the header image smaller? I would like to use a panoramic picture
   in the header, not so big as the one in the theme. Width is ok but can I make
   the picture height smaller? Using the lite version.

 * You can crop height of header image using image editing tool and then use this
   edited image. header image will use original height if it is less than recommended
   height.
