# Make the Form default form

 * Hello ,
    This plugin is great but i’m facing this problem . my theme that i’m
   use is Flatsome , and it has a default login/registration Button . like this 
   photo : [https://ibb.co/q0s078R](https://ibb.co/q0s078R) the problem is how to
   make a button in registration section and make it redirect to the register page
   that has the short-code of the form that i create , and cancel please help me,

 * I’m afraid, you have to use different pages for registration and login forms.
   
   It’s not possible to have shortocodes for login and registration forms on the
   same page. Please also make sure to assign these pages in Ultimate member -> 
   Settings -> General -> Pages section.
