Make spaces without CSS?

    I’ve recently come back after not posting for over a year and I’m ready to ditch WordPress already and go back to Blogger.

    I can’t make the number of spaces I want after a photo or paragraph. Hitting enter in either the HTML or Visual Editor windows only sometimes works, half-works, or doesn’t work at all. Putting
    ‘s in doesn’t work either. NOTHING WORKS.

    I don’t want to edit the CSS because I don’t always want the same amount of space after stuff!

    Is there an easy work-around? I can’t believe that WordPress killed one of the basic features of making websites…

    Funny how putting an HTML line break in my forum post worked, but it doesn’t work on my blog. So annoying.
