If you can code on your own then you can achieve it via child theme.
Thanks.
As I said in my first post I am no programmer. If you have any way to get the developer of the slider to answer me that would be great. He will never sell any sliders that do not have the ability to set transitions or timing.
@nitushrestha10 I don’t know how to do this. Can you please help? I know nothing of programming so I would appreciate if you can help.

For that, you can create a child theme and then, remove the already registered image sizes via this function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/remove_image_size/ and then, re-add the sizes via: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_image_size/ function. And the image size registered within theme is in: functions.php file. And remember, if you change the image size then, you need to regenerate all of the images used within your site via the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin available via the WordPress plugin directory. Hope you have got it.
Thanks.
