Make Short URLs in my Posts and Clickable

    Hi, does anyone know of a way when I create a new post, type my content and paste URLs in my posts, have them converted to a Short URL and automatically made into a clickable HREF?

    Just to clarify, I’d like my WP to work like Twitter.

    If I post in twitter and past a URL, it auto shortens it and makes it clickable. That’s what I’d like my WP to do.
