How can I delete the old one and create new certificate? I tried to mark course lesson as undone and back to done but it did not generate new certificate. How can I do this? * Thanks! Wellā€¦ no luck so farā€¦ * Cache is now disabled (redis), but it does not help. I have upgraded LifterLMS to the newest version (4.5.0). * I try mark lesson uncompleted and again completed but certificate says excactly the sameā€¦ * What else can I do to get the newest certificate, we need a way to get it updated. Disabling the cache should fix this. Are you sure your web host does not have server-side caching enabled? There I can find only the original certificatesā€¦ not the new ones. * So the new ones have not been generated at all, not a cache problem? Is this a bug in the functionality? * [Natalie](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nrherron/) * (@nrherron) * [5 years, 10 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/make-new-certificate/#post-13509739) * Hi [@markmy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/markmy/), * When you marked the lesson incomplete, and then complete again, had you deleted the previously existing certificate from the userā€™s profile? * If not, then LifterLMS will recognize that the certificate has already been assigned and not assign it again. * To delete a previously existing certificate youā€™ll want to go into LifterLMS- >Reporting->Locate the Student->Locate the Certificates tab. There youā€™ll see the ability to delete the old version. This was the missing point for me! Deleting the old certificate did the trick.
