make my front page in multy language

    can somebody ask me 2 questions about polylang plugin,
    how can i change the option so when i click the italian flag it to redirect me to my italian front page and not to new post.

    why when i try to make the front page in multy language through tha page dropdown menu with + symbol i get a new url new so a new page but the new page has tha same content with tha default front page .
    my front page is a normal page that i made it front through settings a static page .
