make more fields required on campaign submit

I would like to make more of the fields required on the campaign submit page. here is my page: http://www.ilads.org/fundraise/submit-campaign/
Can you point me to the correct page to make this addition…i have been looking at: shortcode-submit.php but it appears that an error message is already there for content and excerpt….any help you can give me for this would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to pay for your support.
