 * I installed this plugin on a https site and was getting a security error with
   the linkedIN share link, it wasn’t https.
 * In custom-buttons.js on line 65 I added an s to the http and error went away.
   On next update of plugin would you like to incorporate this?
 *     ```
       linkedin: {
   
       		counterUrl: 'http://www.linkedin.com/countserv/count/share?url={url}',
   
       		counter: function(jsonUrl, deferred) {
