Make Instagram pic featured image

Currently, TT allows for photos/pics posted on Twitter to be created into a Featured Image itself. I’d like to do the same with posts w/ Instagrams.

I am trying to create a UI module like the photostream from http://aliciakeys.com/ for example. But with both Twitter and/or Instagram hosted images.

Pointers greatly appreciated. TIA
