 * Hi,
 * Due to taking part in a TV interview tomorrow on internet censorship that is 
   going out to an audience of over 10 million viewers we are expecting a massive
   amount of hits on our website, (www.blacktrianglecampaign.org), and when out 
   of courtesy I contacted our hosting company to warn of this, (we are on a shared
   server and I did not want this spike to cause any problems for other sites on
   the server), and ask if we could do anything to help reduce the load he advised–
 * > _“To take off extra load you could start by making the frontpage static, it
   > would take off the endless queries to the database and the PHP processing every
   > request. You’d make an index.html of the site frontpage, but have index.php
   > process all other requests using Rewrite.”_
 * We have Mingle on our site with that as our home page.
 * I wouldn’t know how to even start with this, could anybody please give me some
   pointers.
