Make entire project area clickable

Hi everyone

I’m using the theme Moesia, and I would like instead of two links to popup when hovering over a project, just to make the whole project image clickable.

If you scroll down to projects and hover over one, it gets a red overlay with two buttons.
I still want the red overlay, but I want to remove the buttons and instead make the whole thing clickable that will then link to the project page,
