Hi team,

I would like to have all preorders to have the default processing status on our backend.
Once an order is received, it will be processing status instead or pre-order status. We also don’t want these preorder orders to be in “Completed” status before the preorder date. We just want our orders to be “PROCESSING” no matter before and after the preorder date.

I am not a coder but I do know how to use code snippets. Do you have a code for me to solve this?

In the pro version, you can do it from preorder settings, or you can use another plugin to manage order status
it’s compatible with this plugin, where you will find options for changing the preorder status. if you still need plugin support, kindly fill up this form https://brightplugins.com/support/

But from the plugin’s pro version document:

You only show on when pre-order date arrived, change to processing.

What we need is that all order including pre-ordered orders are only in “PROCESSING” status.

not sure how can we defaultly set the pre-order status to the deafult “PROCESSING” status from woocommerce.
