 * Hello, This should be super quick.
 * I found the snippet to make the custom button show up first. Is there a snippet
   to make the custom button default. The client wants no amount to show up on the
   initial form.

 * The best way to do that is to auto-focus the cursor on the amount field on page
   load. You can do that with this snippet:
