 * how can i make contact form in course section and when filled in, i will now 
   which course is.
 * Also i have all courses categorized to categories and categories to 2 parent 
   categories. How can i saw this 2 parent categories to my menu.

 * Current LP does not support function as you want. You can hire a freelancer to
   help you.
 * About show parent categories to menu then you can create custom link menu and
   put link 2 categories you created.
