make content scroll ONLY!!!

I created a wordpress theme .

I want the header and footer and sidebar to stay fixed and only scrolls the content.

I want the post to scroll but keep the rest of the page fixed when i do this and add the position fix to the header and footer and sidebar the post scroll but it scrolls underneth the header and it shows the twitter buttons in the header.

this goes for all the pages . I only want the content to scroll not the header footer or the sidebar

I want the spacing between the header and footer the same as this link http://claxtracksolutions.com with the content is the center to scroll and keep the header and the footer and sidebar fixed on the screen.
