    I want to make changes to my .user.ini file. However, I noticed that these changes don’t have any effect. When using Wordfence, is it possible to make changes to the .user.ini file?

    Should it include this code next to my own?

    ; Wordfence WAF
    auto_prepend_file = '/home/dutchwasabi.com/public_html/wordfence-waf.php'
    ; END Wordfence WAF

    Thanks!

    Hello @sander0123 and thanks for reaching out to us!

    You will need to leave our code in the .htaccess, user.ini, and the php.ini. You should still be able to edit those files outside of that though. If your Wordfence scan flags it as malicious, this could be a false positive, and you should be able to select “Ignore” on this action.

    Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks!
